BAD SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!...ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE!!!

Honestly so disappointing how bad their service is for such a huge company...Their trace and track is useless so it's futile even using it to track your package....You can barely get ahold of them their phone rings and rings and if u lucky enough for them to answer it they put u on hold for a long time then cut your call....Their whatsapp service is evn worse the agent greets u then doesn't reply to u then asks u to rate Their service like *** is that?....They don't call you they just hoot ...And they don't even ask u to show proof of identification so this means anyone can sign for ur package and u dont even sign for it....I mean I bought perfumes online and when they were delivered one was broken...I actually have nothing good to say about them pathetic service!!!!..And because of that I'll be sure to ask what courier service is used and avoid them at all costs!!!!
