BAD SERVICE IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT
Parcel was deposited on Friday 12/12/205 at a PUDO Locker in Gezina Pretoria, the parcel was supposed to be delivered at Olympus Pretoria. Today 16/12/2025 this parcel is still nowhere to be found! Warren from the dispatch in Randburg guaranteed me on 15/12/2025 that this parcel would be delivered today 16/12/2025. Then shortly after this conversation he told me that the driver told him he delivered it on Friday. The recipient has not received this parcel. I am now tired of being shunt around and have no results. I even offered to fetch the parcel but they don't know where it is....
