Bad service I received from The Courier Guy

I booked for my wooden glass doors with double glasses, for delivery to my place. They asked me to signed an indemnity form as if they know that they are going to break my doors. The doors took long to be delivered and when they reached me . One door glass was badly damaged and need replacing. They also throw it in my house that they even chipped the tile in the house.
