Bad service from The Courier guy Mokopane

The Courier guy Mokopane failed to collect my parcel until i requested my client to hand deliver the parcel to their shop which is not even 100 meters away from them. Their response is a sign that comes out from someone who doesn't want to work. like the old post office guys.
