BAD SERVICE FROM THE COURIER GUY - JHB

I logged a claim through discovery and they had the claims guy phone me and got the courier guy to send me a new TV well after i got told on Monday it will be here on Thursday so my husband went to the depot this morning just to find out NOTHING WAS SEND after emails just get told i will receive this after the 3rd of Jan the service from them is shocking really its bad cause you have *********** people working there.

this is the worst service ever i they get you to pay the invoice to they can send the TV and then nothing gets send.
