Bad service from The Courier Guy

The Courier Guy I sent a box with a TV unit clearly maked as fragile. The box was received damaged the TV unit is also damaged when taken up with The Courier Guy they are giving me the run around and now saying they have video footage that the box was not damaged by them. I asked for the video footage and they are refusing to share it with me. Really disappointed Poor service
