Bad service.. from the Courier Guy!!!!

Your service is getting bad. My parcel (Shipment: JH74RV) has been kying in yout Oudsthoorn office since yesterday 03/06/2026.... whey are you not delivering the parcel????? I'm paying you to deliver my parcel, not to lay in your office for 2 days!!!! I wil close my acount and go to DHL for my next delivery!!!!
