Bad service from the courier guy

Got one of the worst services from the courier guy driver and consultants. I don't know why must a client pay for delivery. And then go again to the nearest police to collect their parcel. So a client must spend more now to save the courier 🥺. This is no longer convince to the client. We paying more it's courier fees plus extra petrol or taxi money. Which makes it worse if I'm traveling by taxi that means I'm also in danger of being ****** of my staff. I wish this can be solved and they must stop being rude to clients.
