Bad service from the courier guy

I received an email stating that my order was not ready for collection i contacted safari outdoor and they ensured me that my order has been ready since yesterday i think it is really unprofessional blaming another company if you did not manage to collect today i had to phone the store and find out what is going on with my order when the problem was not from safari i dont mind if you didn't manage to collect today but just be honest about it and dont put the blame on another company
