Bad service from The Courier Guy

I ordered a product before from some store and they chose The courier guy for delivering my product and the store it self informed me that where I live they might not deliver so I must opt to go to the nearest police station to retrieve and at the time they already sent me the license plate number of the delivery truck and the pin and so I did and luckily that worked out fine and got my order. Now I ordered the same thing but from a different store and they didn’t inform me(remind me) that due to my location I might have to go to the nearest police station I waited at home the whole day only to contact support and they tell me I should go to the nearest police station to get my order and that’s at 17:01 while the courier guy knocks off at 16:00 smh..
