Bad Service from The Courier Guy

I sent a parcel overnight from Krugersdorp to Hartenbos. They sent the parcel to Kuruman then back to Johannesburg and now my parcel will only be in Hartenbos tomorrow, 3 days later. How does this work, do they not know where Hartenbos is? Also I paid for a overnight service!! I have used The Courier Guy on many occasions but this is totally unacceptable and all their staff can say is "sorry". REALLY!!!
