Bad service from The courier guy

Bad service i have received. Since last year December i have been waiting for my parcel to date im still making follow ups and tickets have been created. Still no reply. I spoke to Tinash and he advised he will follow yp. He gave me a WhatsApp number to send my pictures and still no reply when i follow up he ignores me. And they are not professional,even his tone you can hear that he doesnt wanna assist with anything. Waste of our time. Will never use them ever again.
