Bad service from the Courier Guy

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service received from The Courier Guy.

This was already the second attempt to collect a parcel from a hospital. The driver arrived while the doctor was busy discharging a patient and was politely asked to wait just 2 minutes. Instead of waiting, the driver left and stated that he was going to pick up his child.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially considering the nature of the collection point being a hospital where medical staff are attending to patients. A little patience and understanding would have gone a long way.

The failed collection has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Customers should not have to repeatedly reschedule collections because drivers are unwilling to wait for a reasonable amount of time.

I expected much better service and professionalism from The Courier Guy.
