Bad service from Sakhile - The Courier Guy

Sakhile, from The Courier Guy needs to be taken for some customer services courses. He refuses to enter our complex to deliver my heavy boxes which are filled with books, instead, he drops the boxes at the security gate and tells me I should collect them from the gate. Why is it that all other delivery companies understand that they need to dial my unit number at the security gate to get inside the complex and deliver the parcels at my door? This has now happened way too many times and it is unacceptable. It is so unfortunate that all my deliveries from this company are handled by him.
