bad service from Rustenburg The courier guy

Rustenburg the courier guy service is zero. what is the point of paying R170 for overnight delivery and wait 3 days before receiving your parcel , i could have used pep store. my parcel has been there since saturday the 4th November, i expected it monday because it was weekend. Monday morning i received sms that it is out for delivery, just after 4pm i called their offices and Kim promised to call me back shee is calling a driver, till now.

Tuesday morning, which is today. i called them again and was told the driver said my phone was off and it was not off and told me its on the way . 13h00 i call back again to check how far are they, Kim tells me that I will only received tomorrow as courier guys are already out. on that note why did they tell me its on the way . very disappointed, I have been using the courier guy and i never received this kind of treatment, but Rustenburg one never ever. I will go fetch it as I need to drive to Mafikeng but why did I pay for overnight delivery. Kim very rude not proffesional .
