Bad Service from Pudo

I am disappointed with Pudo. I had a parcel which was suppossed to be delivered on Wednesday. It was returned to the depot as apparently there were no lockers. On Thursday my parcel was returned again to the depot. I needed my parcel on Wednesday, today it's Friday.

Firstly why do you book parcels when you don't have the lockers to deposit. Why don't you rather say no lockers so clients can make alternative arrangements for their parcels that they may need urgently?

Secondly why not increase number of lockers in Midstream as there is a large population there. I need my parcel this morning and asap please pudo.

I will return to review again after today as they promised to deliver to my house and I requested that this be done 1st thing in the morning.
