Bad service from Paarl The Courier Guy LOCK***6

I don’t have a problem with courier guy personally, i needed my parcel urgently on Friday so i wrote an email to ask if they can please make it possible. Courier guy went as far as to phone me at 20h00 at night twice to make sure i got the message that the best they van do is leave it at the Paarl depo since i am staying in Worcester. Upon my arrival to the second one in Paarl since I didn’t even know they had two. The lady in charge just blew me off and said my parcel is not there. With allot of dissatisfaction i drove all the way to Cape Town on a Saturday they were very busy and close to 1h they told me that my parcel is indeed at Paarl. I had to drive up and down when my parcel where indeed at Paarl the lady manager there just couldn’t scan the parcel so she send me away hoping i will not make it on time for the 1 o clock Saturday shift. Back in Paarl she had a attitude of not doing anything wrong on her side. I would like to please be refunded for my petrol also an apology from the lady at Paarl, for waiting my time and being lazy at her job. Hope to here grom The Courier guy soon. LOCK***6
