Bad service from courier guy lack of telephone skills

Courier guy collected a parcel from me yesterday. This morning my client get emailed with me that apparently I owe another R115 no explanation nothing just that I must send proof of payment. The lady lourika that emailed me then rep**** when I ask what this is about and I am accused of putting incorrect information with no explanation again. I must just pay the R115. I tried calling her 4 times and their head offices 4 times to no avail. Not once could someone pick up the photo me to explain what I Apparently did wrong as I did the measurements or advise of me of anything just the emails. I am not impressed with this company and lack of service and professional communication especially since you can’t get hold of anyone to talk to them. Sad that they don’t seem to know how to operate a telephone 😂😂😂
