Bad Service from Courier Guy

I bought a pair of shoe online. And on the day of the delivery, the driver from Courier Guy called me and told me to fetch my shoes at the police station in Soshanguve. When I got there, there was some junkie who had different. parcels just standing there. He only requested for my pin and gave me my parcel. I mean how they just dump parcels outside the Police station with some junkie. Why bother charging for delivery if you won't deliver parcels.
