Bad service from Courier guy

Good day, I have a query with Courier guy- Rustenburg regarding a refund of overnight fee that I paid on the 1st of December and I received the parcel after two weeks. I have been communicating with Rustenburg Kiost, Wayne, Mitchell and non of them have given me any feedback. It’s been two months since I’ve been querying this, I’ve tried calling them and submitting complains on their website and no one has attended to my claim. I have received nothing but bad service from them.
