Bad Service from Courier guy

Never in my life have I experienced service at this low level. I will never make use of Courier guy ever again. Thanks to the Manager Quinton in Bloemfontein and Wessel in Bethlehem. To them it is acceptable for a customer to wait 5 days for a delivery that should have taken one day, and then I still have to pay full price. I was promised by their staff that my order would be delivered on Tuesday morning. My order arrived 4 days later on Friday and I was never offered an apology or a discount just a call from Wessel informing me that to them this is an acceptable time frame. I am a loyal customer with 3 Businesses making use of their services. I will take my business elsewhere.
