Bad Service from a guy called Kgothatso

Very BAD Service. The guy (Kgothatso) who was here to deliver my parcel was rude and very arrogant.

The delivery address was stated clearly but instead he was shouting at me telling me that he is not obliged to come to my office to deliver. I must meet him halfway.

on his way out he spoke very rudely to one of our team members as well and slammed our office door. all because I refused to meet him halfway.
