BAD SERVICE FOR THE COURIER GUY

I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered since the 20th of December each time i get a different excuse. Another lady advised she would provide feedback via whatsapp, to this day i am still waiting. Today (on the 24th of Dec) i get told to collect my parcel myself. Pathetic i would say if they cannot even provide you with the service you PAID for.

I would not recommend them to anybody.
