Bad service

I have had amazing experiences with the courier guy in the past but this is unacceptable that I have ordered something online I orders a candle mind you they messed it up and gave me curtains And then when I went to drop off a parcel the door was already opened before I even got there and I deposited the parcel I get no message and I have to email them and then it says parcel is assigned for collection (thank you so much to Lerato for helping me with the parcel I dropped off) No one helped me with the curtains *I DONT RECOMMEND*
