Bad Service

I requested my parcel to be send to Dennilton from Randfontein on Tuesday. The Lady that assisted me told me to book overnight courier. The parcel was going to be delivered on Wednesday. This morning the customer called to enquire what happened. Someone is giving me attitude telling me they only deliver on Mondays. Why did they lie to me make me pay for overnight whereas they have scheduled delivery days. There was an option of economy which could have saved my moolah and to also let the customer know that she should wait for 5 days. Someone need to shape up or ship out. We need service not bad misrepresenting service.
