Bad service every from this company!!!

Oooo no please take my advice and don't use them, it is the first time this ever happened to me my parcel is just gone, I don't get any feedback what so ever, My goods in that parcel is late for a event I will have to refund or buy the goods again and the courier guy is gone!! I am so over this. how can a company so big don't even have a answer.And let us not talk about the whatsapp number for pudo it is like I am talking to myself they give me answers that I already know... No please online companies big or small companies don't make use of them they will just cost you money and a bad name that isn't your fault!!
