BAD SERVICE EVER!!!

Driver came to deliver glasses to our company upon deliver he threw the box on the floor.

The below response was given by the company manage by the name of Tebogo from The Courier guy. this person needs further training on how to manage queries. This is the most ridiculous response ever.

Please provide footage of driver throwing box upon delivery as he states he placed the box down and both he and receiver heard the broken crockery, unfortunately you agreed to the T's & C's when booking the shipment
