Bad service

There is no doubt that a package was either thrown into the truck or dropped or something heavy was stacked on top. There is clear damage to the box, the packaging material and the component. The package was a built computer box with expensive components inside. The CD drive fell out, because the case was bent. Box was sufficiently marked. We suffered a R12 000 loss. Their response was: "Ongelukkig het Hoofkantoor nie die Claim goed gekeer vir die pakkie nie, omdat hulle se die pakkie nie reg verpak was nie."
