bad service

Was phoned yesterday from supllier,wrong ref no.....they did collect today my parcel is out for delivery witch is incorrect as i pay cash,needless to say it wil not be delivefred even if i have the pin....drove to collect it out for delevery....i do not have the time to drive up and down.!!
