Bad service

I ordered a wig from Johannesburg on Sunday and they chose the courier guy as their courier option, the delivery address was literally 20 minutes away and I chose the overnight option because I needed that wig for an event on Saturday. Can you believe that it's 8 days later today and I still don't have my delivery 😡 I tried calling and sending emails they take so long to answer the phone and they use the robot thing to answer their emails which is very useless.when I track my parcel it was in Durban which I'm failing to understand why it was there in the first place when I was in Johannesburg and the parcel was supposed to be still delivered in Johannesburg 😡I spoke to 3 different people after hours and hours of trying to call, they gave me ref number which it was also useless, I got a call on Saturday morning from the driver which it was a wrong address then he said there's nothing he can do about it. I'm so angry and frustrated with the service from the courier guy.
