Bad service

I booked a parcel on Sunday 26 February 2023 at 16h30 it clearly states to be deposited by 1 March 2023 at 16h35. My pin had been expired more than 24 hours before the due deposit time.

I feel this is misleading information and totally against the law and this wasn't the 1st time either.
