Bad Service

We have a parcel FDV9N8 that was collected on 8 Dec 2025 and are still out for delivery, the driver are telling lies that the end user is not available and there are no access to the premises. The end user contacted me and said the driver has an attitude and even dropped the phone while still explaining to the driver what to do to gain access to the premises. Now Courier Guy has sent a notification they are returning the parcel. This is pathetic service from such a big company. But lesson learned so from Jan 2026 we will use another courier service.
