Bad Service Delivery

I have never received my packages on the same day as I get the "out for delivery" sms! It takes the packages quicker to get her from Johannesburg than it gets delivered by you guys.

I am really not impressed with the service here at The Courier Guy Phalaborwa, you pay through your neck for poor service, the phones never get answered and then I drive there thinking that it must be busy, only to find that I am the only customer there.
