Bad service delivery and rude staff

Good day I bought dinner set in one of stores in Gauteng to Limpopo,there was four tea cups en 2 plates left. I called the driver was rude, telling me that was not his fault and I must return the damage set to the store I bought.then called phalaborwa branch, they told me that they are not responsible for any damages en its written on their policies en they don't compensate.Bad service delivery .no fragile stickers where put on the box
