Bad service delivery
<p>I booked online for my package to be collected at my resedential adres on the 12th of April 2017. This package was to be sent with overnight express.I had to phone the courier guy to ask when they would arrive as they were late for pick up. </p> <p> </p> <p>They eventualy picked up the parcel.</p> <p> </p> <p>The parcel was to travel from Krugersdorp (JHB) to Queenstown (EC)</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is the 14th of April 2017 and my parcel has still not arrived in the eastern cape. I paid R467.40 for overnight express services wich has not been delivered to me as my parcel has now been in transit for 2 days!</p> <p> </p> <p>The parcel was sent for two elderly ladies in the Eastern cape. The box has perishable items in it.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company os unreliable and I will make sure to never make use of them again.</p>
