BAD SERVICE - DELIVERED AT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS

Very bad service. The messed up the parcels attaching the incorrect waybill numbers to the incorrect parcels when they collected the parcels from the drop off point / boxes. This resulted my parcel being delivered in Sandton instead of Bloemfontein. I called them on the day and they promised me that they will collect my parcel from the incorrect address and re-route it to the correct address. A week later my parcel was STILL laying at the incorrect address. I had to then , at my own cost, had to rebook the parcel to be collected again at the incorrect address where THEY incorrectly delivered my parcel and send it to the address where it was meant to be delivered the fist time.
