Bad service!

I am getting the worst possible service from Courier Guy. On Friday I dropped my parcel in one of their pudo lockers, everything was confirmed to be fine as I got the confirmation emails but today I got a whatsapp message saying during the pick up they found my locker empty which is very confusing because they confirmed that my parcel was picked up. I need any kind of assistance on the follow up procedure
