Bad Service, Damaged Products and no responsibility taken!

Very bad service from the courier guy Port Elizabeth, they damaged my product and the agent doesn't get back to me on any of my queries. Would not recommend to anyone! I escalated the matter to the regional manager. No response I am still in the dark if my packages was delivered to my customers or not
