Bad service

Bad service waiting for my parcel since Wednesday everyday i email them they say on email it will be delivered following day then the following day nothing everyday the same story. When i phone no phone is working. And no one answer. I am very upset eventually when i got hold of the jhb branch they say they will put me through after a few attempts off phoning back i got hold off them tgey say the persons replying on my email is lying and they can not deliver now only next week they very busy. I am very disapointed.
