Bad Service

Very disappointed in the service I got, I arranged for a car part to be picked up in Centurion on the Thursday so that I can pick it up the Friday in Bloemfontein at their brance, I did inform them this is urgent I need the parcel on Friday because I still need to go home to Pretoria. Friday morning I got a call to say the parcel was not collected because there is no stock !!!! The salesman is sitting with the part, no one called him, no one called me !!! After explaining my dilemma with the manager working at The Courier Guy company , I was promised she will phone me back, 2 days later still no call from her. I had to drive to their warehouse to go and collect my parcel.
