BAD SERVICE

The high leve of incompetency, I called yesterday and today tracking my parcel that is in East London, I explained that I need to leave East london before that so if they can give me the number of the driver so that i can arrange for my parcel to be delivered before I leave I was put through to operations and the call keeps getting cut.
