Bad service

Friday last week I sent parcel using courier guy from PE to Addo Tracking - TCG***8 The receiver today for an SMS that the package is out for delivery The driver did not arrive , he did not even call her Now he added remark that there was no one available to receive the parcel while he’s Lying because my client was there waiting for him I am so ****ed off . Your drivers are useless & they are ***** as well . This order is still not delivered
