Bad service

The Courier guy is really failing to meet customers needs and expectations. They collected my parcels on Monday, and today is Thursday some of my parcels are not delivered yet. They are delaying my deliveries and that is going to affect my business badly when it comes to payment collections.

Apparently management makes rules whenever they decide or feels like. They will deliver the parcel for a certain area for months and boom suddenly out of nowhere they will tell you that we only do deliveries on that area Mondays or Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, when you ask what's happening? the answer that you get is I'm sorry maam management makes rules.

So basically we dealing the company that is unreliable and inconsistent. Very sad because all this affects my business badly 😢
