Bad service courier guy

Worst service ever. I had a parcel sent to me. The contents was 2x fishing Rods and a reel. The parcel was properly packed in a pipe with bubble wrap. Both Rods arrived broken. Courier guy in knysna was contact and the manager Elzette told me they don't take responsibility for broken thing's. They will just deliver like that and it's my loss. What a bunch of untrained people to deal with if you have a problem. Will never use them again and discourage everyone i see to use them
