Bad service

On the 25th of August 23 i send a package, locker to locker from Flora center to Gardenia Bloemfontein. On the 26 of August the collection guy phoned me and make sure of the details to where the package must be send. Until today the 14th of September the package is gone and not delivered. According to the call center they are in contact with me regarding the issue. Up to today nobody phoned me OR an email was send to me. THIS IS BAD SERVICE I HOGHER GRADE. Can this be attended to OR can some one just enlight me what is going on.
