Bad service

I’m very disapointed in Courier Guy ,On the 1st of July I ask in time for a document to be fetch on my behalf ,I handed in copy of Id and pick up e-mail,the lady at the figtree brance in Walmer Port Elizabeth told me I will get it on the 2nd of July ,It is today the 3rd of July and I still did not recieved my overnight parcel because she forgot to give the pick up paperwork throug to driver to pick it up.I was contacted by a very arrogant person today that told me it is not there fault . I’m really disapointed in Courier guy and will not use them again in future ,please stay away from courier guy if you want your parcel on time they are allot of lying people and the client is always wrong
