Bad service

The worse service ever. I booked a collection on Wednesday at 9:37am and at 9:49am I saw an email saying collection failed. I immediately followed up i was told that the parcel will be collected by end of day. Its 2 days later and the parcel is not collect. Believe or not i had booked an overnight service. Thursday i followed up still no collection. Even at this hour the parcel has not been collected. This will be the last time i ever use your service !!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡
