bad service

The Courier Guy is the transport Company that i use on a daily basis as a we are a big ish company we send parcels everday to many provinces and around, we trust Cuorier Guy .now i sent a parcel to Hidelburg as usual It was deliverd to the wrong address that's a mistake . they started lying to say it is not lost it should go via modimolle from JHB to Modimolle before it is deliverd to Hidelberg ,Then it was Returnd to jhb after a week it is still not deliverd they want me to proof that im the sender of the parcel and i need pay for the change of adress it was so frastrating in the meantime i have a customer waiting for more than a week to recieve their parcel and the cuorier guy is holding on to the parce eventualy i had to return the parcel back to me it took me 2 full weeks of no progress that is not good for the business at all i am so disappionted on them
