Bad Service

I placed orders i placed 2 orders on 26 Juanuary 2023, then on 30 Jan received sms that my parcels are out for delivery, i waited all day, the special instructions on both were "call before delivery" at about 17h39 i wrote an email with both order numbers to support@courierguy asking where are my parcels, a few minutes later i received emails saying my deliveries have been re-scheduled due to the driver not being able to get hold of me, this is happening for like the 3rd time as previosuly i complained and on the parcels i used my home adress but to my surprise the following morning they were delivered to my work adress?? If he couldnt get hold of me why after the complaint he delivered where i worked, this is bad service, i will wait ans see what happens tommorow but i am done with courier guy ... their service sucks
