BAD SERVICE BY THE COURIER GUY

After my ordeal and BAD custoner care, The Courier Guy still hasn't reimbursed me as yet...It just shows you how they treat their customers, SO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, but NO caring at ALL!Am still waiting for a response though.
